Privacy Notification for H. Lundbeck A/S applicants
In connection with submitting your job application, H. Lundbeck A/S (“Lundbeck” or “we”) will (as the data controller) collect, process, use and disclose personal data about you. Your personal data will be registered in our recruitment system, YoungCRM, as described in more details in this Privacy Notification.
Lundbeck will process your personal data according to applicable legislation, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

We collect and process the following types of personal data about you:

- your address
- your e-mail address
- your phone number
- your educational background
- your gender
- your job application
- your CV
- your 1-minute video presentation
We process your personal data for the following purpose:
- The sole purpose of collecting and processing your personal data is to determine if we can offer you a position at Lundbeck.
What is the legal basis for our processing of your personal data?
The legal basis for our collection and processing of your personal data set out above is:
- GDPR art. 6(1)(f) (“the balancing of interest test”). It is Lundbeck’s assessment that the processing of your personal data is necessary for the determination of whether we are able to offer you a graduate position at Lundbeck.
Will we disclose your personal data to data processors?
We store your personal data in our recruitment system, YoungCRM, and therefore our IT-provider will process your personal data on our behalf and on our instructions.
How long will we store your personal data?
We store your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above, however, for no longer than to 24 May 2018.
Voluntary/mandatory provision of personal data
We collect your personal data from you because this is a recurred step in the recruitment process. The consequences of not providing the personal data are that Lundbeck will be unable to consider your candidacy for the applied position.
Subject to certain exceptions and restrictions set out in applicable legislation, you enjoy the right to request access to your personal data, to have your personal data rectified, deleted, or processing thereof restricted, and to data portability.
You may also have the right to object to the processing, including the right to object to automated individual decision making and profiling or direct marketing, if this takes place.
If Lundbeck’s processing of your personal data is based on your explicit consent you have the right to withdraw you consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You can withdraw your consent by contacting Lundbeck’s HR department.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, such as the Danish Data Protection Agency.
